Who is letting to you? Charles, the owner
Charles owns Villa Mon Étoile, a 1920s Art Deco villa at 40 rue d'Étaples, listed as one of Le Touquet's "villas remarquables". He had both flats fully renovated, Hélios on the first floor and Cassiopée on the second, and lets them himself: he answers your messages, knows every detail of the flats and shares his favourite local addresses. The holiday rental contract is signed directly between you and him.
The villa is in the town centre, about 300 m from the beach and 200 m from rue Saint-Jean, with no sea view: you do everything on foot, as explained on our page rental near the beach and town centre.
What you are renting, room by room
Each flat is 55 m², with new appliances and fittings, and sleeps 4 plus a baby:
- Living room: a large wooden table for 6, a sofa, a big decorative fireplace and an antique dresser.
- Terrace, leading off the living room, with an outdoor table and a barbecue.
- Main bedroom: a 160 × 200 cm bed with new mattress, pillows and duvet; in Cassiopée, a south-west-facing balcony.
- Children's room: two 90 × 200 cm beds that can be pushed together to make a double.
- Kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, kettle and toaster.
- Bathroom: bath, washing machine, clothes airer and heated towel rail.
- Everything else: 8 Gb/s fibre Wi-Fi, TV, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, plus baby gear (high chair, travel cot, baby bath, toys, books, child-friendly tableware).

The house rules are those of a shared villa: 4 people maximum per flat, plus a baby; no parties; quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am, as sound carries in the house; no subletting; basic supplies you use up (coffee, toilet paper and so on) should be replaced; any incident should be reported within 12 hours.
